Georgetown downs Orangeville, 2-1

Josh Dickinson racked up two points to lead the Georgetown Raiders to a 2-1 victory over the Orangeville Flyers.

Georgetown's offense rang up 42 shots on Orangeville's net.

Daniel Hardie also scored for Georgetown. Other players who recorded assists for Georgetown were Zack Dybowski, who had one and Ashur Elliot, who had two.

The Flyers could not produce up to their normal offensive output. Orangeville puts an average of 3.7 pucks into the net per game.

The Flyers were led by Zack Vukosa, who scored the team's only goal. Vukosa scored on the power play 6:42 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Orangeville. Orangeville had gotten the advantage when the Raiders' Arran MacDonald was sent off for hooking. Colin Rigney picked up the assist.

Andrew Masters recorded 20 saves for Georgetown. The Raiders incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. The Flyers' Nicholas Latinovich stopped 40 shots out of the 42 that he faced. Orangeville incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
