In addition, Toronto Patriots received assists from Connor Beck and Nick Stuckless, who each chipped in one and Tyler Currie and Louis DiMatteo, who contributed two each.

Kingston was led by Colin Tonge, who had two goals. Tonge scored the first of his two goals at 2:41 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Kingston. Matthew Lourenco picked up the assist. Tonge's next tally made the score 2-1 Kingston with 14:40 left in the second period. Connor Bebb assisted on the tally. Anthony Rinaldi also scored for Kingston.
