Tyson Bruce had two goals and one assist to lead the Markham Royals to a 4-1 victory over the Toronto Patriots Patriots. Bruce scored on the power play at 13:03 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Markham and again while 5:41 into the third to make the score 3-1 Markham.Markham put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Toronto Patriots to score on any of its five power plays.
