Lucas Bedford was all over the ice for Somalian Pirates, as he tallied two goals and three assists in Somalian Pirates' 9-8 win over NWO-Wolfpac.

Bedford scored at 9:14 into the second period to make the score 6-3 Somalian Pirates and again while 12:26 into the third to make the score 9-8 Somalian Pirates.

The win gave Somalian Pirates a 1-0 lead in the best of one series.

Somalian Pirates got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed three goals during the game.

Somalian Pirates also got points from Michael Shindler, who also grabbed one goal and two assists, Sam Evans, who also registered one goal and three assists, and Jordan Gill, who also had three goals and one assist. Others who scored for Somalian Pirates included conor lees and Jake Estey, who each put in one. More assists for Somalian Pirates came via Cameron Collett, who had one.

NWO-Wolfpac kept Somalian Pirates' goalie busy throughout the game, and Robert Mclachlan made 24 saves on 32 shots.

NWO-Wolfpac was led by Christopher Tung, who tallied five goals and one assist. NWO-Wolfpac additionally got points from Brian Tran, who also finished with one goal and two assists, Jason Jang, who also registered one goal and one assist, and Andrew Wong, who also racked up one goal and one assist. In addition, NWO-Wolfpac received assists from Donald Lee, Austin Parkhurst, Ian Chan, and Andy Feng, who each chipped in one.

Somalian Pirates incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors and had no power play opportunities. Victor Kam recorded 14 saves for NWO-Wolfpac. NWO-Wolfpac incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
