Huge game by Brewerton boosts The BigSticks over The Eh Team, 7-6Poirier Rec Thu, Jul 16, 2015 Chad Brewerton had four goals and one assist to lead The BigSticks to a 7-6 victory over The Eh Team. Brewerton's first goal came 11:01 into the first period. He then added goals at 8:30 into the second, at 18:24 into the second, and at 18:40 into the second.The win gave The BigSticks a 1-0 lead in the best of one series. The BigSticks pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 14 penalty minutes. The BigSticks' offense rang up 34 shots on The Eh Team's net. The BigSticks additionally got points from Spencer Barthel, who also grabbed two goals and three assists and Sebastian Lee, who also tallied one goal and one assist. More assists for The BigSticks came via Kurt Brewerton, who had two and David Wiemken, Arthur Keung, and Brandon Green, who contributed one each. The Eh Team kept The BigSticks' goalie busy throughout the game, and Tyler Norton made 25 saves on 31 shots. The Eh Team was led by Shawn Hamel, who racked up three goals. The Eh Team also got points from Duncan Maclennan, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Ryan Murray also scored for The Eh Team. In addition, The Eh Team received assists from Naythan Rasquinha, who had three and Travis Dicks, Cody Bagg, and Dustin Mose, who each chipped in one.
