Slick Hands took the lead against Pointstreak Wolves in the first period and maintained it until the end of the game to secure a tight 4-2 victory.

Aaron Yip provided Slick Hands with the game-winning tally when he scored 14:50 into the first period. Isaac Chong assisted on the tally.

The win gave Slick Hands a 1-0 lead in the best of one series.

Yip had two goals to lead Slick Hands to victory.

Slick Hands did not rack up many penalties in the contest, racking up only one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Slick Hands' defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in two goals.

Slick Hands also got points from Paul Chong, who also tallied one goal and one assist. John Yeo also scored for Slick Hands. In addition, Slick Hands received assists from Hussein Nathani and Steven Nguyen, who contributed one each.

Pointstreak Wolves was helped by Aaron Loughhead, who finished with one goal. Loughhead scored 17:09 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Slick Hands. Tony Lin provided the assist. Pointstreak Wolves also got a goal from Andrej Nemcek as well.

Slick Hands' Thanh Ho stopped 15 shots out of the 17 that he faced. Slick Hands registered zero goals on zero power play opportunities. Justin Cheung made 22 saves for Pointstreak Wolves on 25 shots. Pointstreak Wolves ended with no penalties and went 0-for-1 on the power play.
