Team Pennsylvania completes comeback, beats Team Minnesota, 4-3

Undaunted by a two-goal deficit, Team Pennsylvania battled back to claim a 4-3 victory over Team Minnesota.

Team Pennsylvania never led in the game until netting the game winner. Team Pennsylvania was down 2-0 after a goal by Team Minnesota's Oliver Moore at 7:42 in the first period. Team Pennsylvania tied things up at 3-3 on a goal by Jake Mccaw at 3:58 in the third period. Team Pennsylvania netted the game winner at 5:36 in the third period on a goal by Mccaw.

Team Pennsylvania managed to stay out of the box better than usual, finishing with one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Team Pennsylvania wound up below its season average of 3.0 penalty minutes per game. Team Pennsylvania took advantage of Team Minnesota's penalties, tallying two goals off of three power play opportunities.

Team Pennsylvania was led by Christopher Pelosi, who tallied two goals. Pelosi scored the first of his two goals on the power play at 8:48 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Team Minnesota. Team Pennsylvania had gotten the advantage when Team Minnesota's Ty Hanson was sent off for roughing. William Sheridan provided the assist. Pelosi's next tally on the power play made the score 2-2 with 8:09 left in the first period. Team Pennsylvania had gained a power play chance when Troy Maldonado was whistled for roughing. Sheridan assisted on the tally. Team Pennsylvania also got a goal from Hunter Ramos as well. Other players who recorded assists for Team Pennsylvania were Nicholas Fascia, Charlie Cerrato, Davis Ross, Brady Gilbert, and Ryan Bunting, who each chipped in one.

In addition, Team Minnesota received assists from Joey Sylvester, who had one and William Whitelaw, who had two.

Rocco Bruno made 22 saves for Team Pennsylvania on 25 shots. Wes Johnson recorded 21 saves for Team Minnesota. Team Minnesota incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
