The Carleton Place Canadians and the Nepean Raiders were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Carleton Place made the most of its opportunities and won, 3-2. Neither team gained more than a one-goal lead, and Craig Pefley's goal in the third period proved to be the difference maker. The win by the Canadians clinched the best of seven series at 4-0. Carleton Place was led by Pefley, who tallied one goal and one assist. Pefley scored 19:03 into the third period to make the score 3-2 Carleton Place. Owen Stewart picked up the assist. The Canadians forced Nepean goalie Francis Marotte to work between the pipes, taking 41 shots. Others who scored for Carleton Place included Tyson Stewart and Maxime StPierre, who each put in one. In addition, Carleton Place received assists from Willie Brooks, Devin Campbell, Connor Merkley, and Jordan Larson, who contributed one each.
