Cody Jones had one point to lead the Metro Jets to a 2-1 victory over the Pittsburgh Vengeance.

The win by Metro clinched the best of three series at 2-1.

The Jets' offense rang up 47 shots on Pittsburgh's net.

Metro also got a goal from Ryan Bloom as well. In addition, Metro received assists from David Chavis, Tyler Layle, and Matt Dempsey, who contributed one each.

The Vengeance were led by Nils Markgren, who scored the team's only goal. Markgren scored 7:41 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Cody Black picked up the assist.

Jake Stephan recorded 17 saves for Metro. The Jets totaled 19 minutes in penalty time with two minors and one major and went 0-for-2 on the power play. Brian Baker made 45 saves for Pittsburgh on 47 shots. The Vengeance incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
