The Nepean Raiders tried to dig themselves out of a two-goal hole, but the Smiths Falls Bears held on for a 3-2 victory. A goal by Cole Busschaert put Smiths Falls up 3-1 in the third period, but Nepean pulled to within one on Felix Page's tally 18:37 into the third period. With the win, the Bears avoided elimination to make the series score 1-1 in the best of three series. Smiths Falls was paced by Busschaert, who had one goal. Busschaert scored 10:53 into the third period to make the score 3-1 Smiths Falls. Broydon Stufko picked up the assist. The Bears' penalty kill was ineffective, and let in two goals to the Raiders' power play unit. Others who scored for Smiths Falls included Chris King and Nicolas Coates, who each put in one. In addition, Smiths Falls received assists from Jared Henry, Chris MacMillan, Josh Leblanc, Olivier Chabot, and Taylor Henry, who contributed one each. Other players who recorded assists for Nepean were Josh Zizek and Jody Sullivan, who each chipped in two. Michael Pinios made 23 saves for Smiths Falls on 25 shots. The Bears incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Francis Marotte rejected 21 shots on goal for Nepean. The Raiders incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
