North Dakota State University's Johnson deadly on offense in 5-1 win against Northern Michigan University

Kacie Johnson was all over the ice for North Dakota State University, as he tallied four goals in North Dakota State University's 5-1 win over Northern Michigan University.

Johnson got on the scoresheet 10:11 into the first period. He then added goals at 5:26 into the third, at 10:38 into the third, and at 15:11 into the third.

North Dakota State University managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. North Dakota State University ended up below its season average of 3.0 penalty minutes per game. North Dakota State University forced Northern Michigan University goalie Brianna Bangle to work between the pipes, taking 45 shots.
