Lindenwood University - Belleville stifles Wisconsin University of's comeback, gains 5-3 victory

The Wisconsin University of Badgers almost clawed their way back from a three-goal deficit, but the Lindenwood University - Belleville Lynx managed to pull out a 5-3 win in the end.

Lindenwood University - Belleville led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when the Lynx's Reagan Fuller scored at 9:08 in the second period to put Lindenwood University - Belleville up 3-0.

Ashley Dietmeier and Fuller provided the spark for the Lynx, combining for four goals and one assist. Dietmeier tallied two goals and Fuller also added two goals and one assist.

Lindenwood University - Belleville kept Wisconsin University of's goalie busy throughout the game, and Samantha Azuma made 33 saves on 38 shots.

Lindenwood University - Belleville additionally got points from Maddy Millar, who also had one goal and one assist and Fuller, who also grabbed two goals and one assist to lead the team in points. In addition, Lindenwood University - Belleville received assists from Cailee Laporte, who had one and Jessica Moon, who had three.

The Badgers forced the Lynx goalie Kaylen Henricksen to work between the pipes, taking 40 shots.
