Michigan University of downs Adrian College in overtime, 4-3 (OT)

The Michigan University of Wolverines' Jenna Trubiano scored 3:47 into overtime to beat the Adrian College Bulldog, 4-3 (OT).

Trubiano had a great game for Michigan University of, netting two goals.

Adrian College was unable to stop the Wolverines from sending pucks towards the net, and Michigan University of eventually piled up 34 shots on goal.

Michigan University of also got points from Monica Korzon, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Michigan University of also got a goal from Emily Hotaling as well. Other players who recorded assists for Michigan University of were Karoline Inman, Mercedes Reyes, Jennifer Cusmano, and Caroline Hurd, who each chipped in one.

The Bulldog's defense was uncharacteristically lax during the game. Adrian College averages 1.3 goal allowed per game.

The Bulldog were helped by Morgan Poole, who tallied one goal. Poole scored on the power play 15:45 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Adrian College. A roughing penalty on Camilla Vercollone had put Adrian College on the power play. Nichole Laflamme picked up the assist. Adrian College additionally got points from Cara Harm, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Jessica Fabbro also scored for Adrian College. In addition, Adrian College received assists from Jenna Jubinville, who had one.

Kelsey Duggan rejected 25 shots on goal for the Wolverines. Michigan University of incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Emily Michelin recorded 30 saves for the Bulldog. Adrian College incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
