London Knights had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 4-1 win over York Simcoe Express.

London Knights was paced by Quinton Pepper, who registered one goal. Pepper scored 1:05 into the first period to make the score 2-0 London Knights. Josh MacPherson assisted on the tally.

London Knights stifled York Simcoe Express' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

London Knights also got points from George Diaco, who also finished with one goal and one assist and Mason Mantzavrakos, who also had one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Sheldon Serraglio also scored for London Knights. Other players who recorded assists for London Knights were Jacob Chantler, Will Lewis, and Brendan Mairs, who contributed one each.

York Simcoe Express was led by Gino Colangelo, who scored the team's only goal. Colangelo scored 11:53 into the first period to make the score 2-1 London Knights. Evan Vierling provided the assist.

Thomas Burnett recorded 19 saves for London Knights. London Knights incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.  York Simcoe Express incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
