Sinclair nets hat trick, leads St. Andrews College to 6-1 win over New Hampton School

New Hampton School could not stop the St. Andrews College Saints' Adam Sinclair, who tallied a hat trick in a 6-1 win.

Sinclair notched his first tally 9:06 into the first period. He then added goals at 13:58 into the first and at 9:16 into the second.

St. Andrews College kept New Hampton School's goalie busy throughout the game, and Thomas McLanron made 28 saves on 34 shots.

St. Andrews College also got points from Justin Fregona, who also racked up two goals and three assists to lead the team in points. St. Andrews College also got a goal from Mac Lewis as well. More assists for St. Andrews College came via Alex MacDonald, who had three and Calvin Walker and Jacob Miller, who each chipped in one.

New Hampton School did not rack up many penalties in the contest, registering only one minor for two minutes in penalty time.

Cole Chapman made 14 saves for the Saints on 15 shots. St. Andrews College incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. New Hampton School registered zero goals on two power play opportunities.
