Endre leads New Hampshire to shutout victory over East Coast

Claes Endre recorded a shutout against East Coast as New Hampshire picked up a 5-0 win.

New Hampshire pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 42 penalty minutes.

New Hampshire stifled East Coast's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. New Hampshire forced East Coast goalie Aidan Critchlow to work between the pipes, taking 48 shots. New Hampshire's defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in two goals.

New Hampshire was led by Tyler Burton, who had one goal and one assist. Burton scored 5:24 into the first period to make the score 1-0 New Hampshire. Nick Pino provided the assist. New Hampshire also got points from Mike Heffernan, who also had one goal and one assist and Pino, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. New Hampshire also had goals scored by Ryan Dunfield and Brett Bittner, who scored one goal each. Other players who recorded assists for New Hampshire were Alex Peddle, David Fish, and Chris Babineau, who each chipped in one.

East Coast's power play unit failed to produce, and was held to zero goals on 10 chances. East Coast could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 38 minutes in penalties during the game.

Endre recorded 25 saves for New Hampshire. New Hampshire registered one goal on six power play opportunities. Aidan Critchlow made 43 saves for East Coast on 48 shots.
