Salt Lake City Moose wins tough contest against Long Beach Bombers, 4-3

Salt Lake City Moose and Long Beach Bombers were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Salt Lake City Moose made the most of its opportunities and won, 4-3.

Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and Dmitry Kuznetsov secured the win for Salt Lake City Moose with a goal in the second period.

Salt Lake City Moose was led by Kuznetsov, who finished with one goal and one assist. Kuznetsov scored 12:16 into the second period to make the score 4-3 Salt Lake City Moose. Jurijs Moiseicenko assisted on the tally.

In a losing effort, Long Beach Bombers was paced by Tomas Nemeth, who had two goals and one assist. Nemeth scored the first of his two goals at 14:08 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Carl Lyden provided the assist. Nemeth's next tally made the score 3-2 Salt Lake City Moose with 14:05 left in the second period. Johan Beatty assisted on the tally.

Salt Lake City Moose additionally got points from Moiseicenko, who also registered one goal and one assist. Salt Lake City Moose also had goals scored by Patrick OBryan and Dan Veselovsky, who scored one goal each. In addition, Salt Lake City Moose received assists from Erik Ahlen, who had one and Cole Corson, who had two.

Long Beach Bombers also got points from Anton Rhose, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Other players who recorded assists for Long Beach Bombers were Marcus Sundell and Lukas Lindquist, who contributed one each.

Salt Lake City Moose's Brad Robertson stopped 20 shots out of the 23 that he faced. Salt Lake City Moose incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Dennis Tschudi recorded 22 saves for Long Beach Bombers. Long Beach Bombers incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
