Murphy stymies Seattle Totems, Tulsa Jr. Oilers wins 2-1

Tulsa Jr. Oilers relied on the sparkling performance of Teke Murphy in net to grab a 2-1 win against Seattle Totems.

Tulsa Jr. Oilers was led by Andrew Wyrrick, who racked up one goal. Wyrrick scored 19:32 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Tulsa Jr. Oilers.

Seattle Totems was unable to stop Tulsa Jr. Oilers from sending pucks towards the net, and Tulsa Jr. Oilers eventually piled up 38 shots on goal. Tulsa Jr. Oilers got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game.

Sam Hiserodt also scored for Tulsa Jr. Oilers.

Seattle Totems stifled Tulsa Jr. Oilers' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Seattle Totems' offense rang up 37 shots on Tulsa Jr. Oilers' net.

Seattle Totems was led by Marek Nemec, who scored the team's only goal. Nemec scored 18:43 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Seattle Totems.
