Valentine leads Ohio Blue Jackets (MM) to shutout victory over Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM)

Grant Valentine was superb between the pipes for Ohio Blue Jackets (MM), as he did not allow a goal in a 3-0 victory over Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM).

Ohio Blue Jackets (MM) was sparked by Kole Sherwood, who finished with one goal and one assist. Sherwood scored on the power play 11:44 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Ohio Blue Jackets (MM). Ohio Blue Jackets (MM) had gotten the advantage when Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM)'s Dalton Messina was sent off for hooking. Joe Urbanic picked up the assist.

Ohio Blue Jackets (MM) also got points from Nicholas Jenny, who also tallied one goal and one assist. Cameron Sangster also scored for Ohio Blue Jackets (MM).
