Maine Wild hangs on, beats East Coast Minutemen 1-0

Maine Wild took the lead against East Coast Minutemen in the first period and maintained it until the end of the game to secure a tight 1-0 victory.

Maine Wild took over the lead for good with a goal by Drew Lupardo at 9:43 in the first period. Matt Jerome assisted on the tally.

Maine Wild was led by Lupardo, who finished with one goal.

Maine Wild managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Maine Wild ended up below its season average of 14.0 penalty minutes per game.

Other players who recorded assists for Maine Wild were Ignat Molchanov, who had one.
