Wilkes-Barre's Daniel Leisser had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing two assists in his team's 7-4 win over Lockport.

Leisser found the back of the net 6:53 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Wilkes-Barre and again while on the power play 13:11 into the third to make the score 7-3 Wilkes-Barre.

Wilkes-Barre's penalty kill excelled, as Wilkes-Barre gave up zero goals despite allowing six power plays.

Wilkes-Barre stifled Lockport's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Wilkes-Barre's offense rang up 52 shots on Lockport's net. Wilkes-Barre found the back of the net more times than it usually has this season. Wilkes-Barre averages 4.7 goals per game.

Wilkes-Barre also got points from Arturs Bush, who also had one goal and one assist, Guillaume St. Germain, who also racked up one goal and one assist, and Derek Bureau, who also registered two goals and one assist. Krystof Rykala also scored for Wilkes-Barre. In addition, Wilkes-Barre received assists from Michael Tugo, who had two and Johannes Leitner, Brenden Walch, Jan Mendel, Francois Lacroix, and Austin Bandura, who contributed one each.

Lockport forced Wilkes-Barre goalie Nolan Bivolcic to work between the pipes, taking 34 shots.

Lockport was helped by Nicholas Siracuse, who grabbed one goal. Siracuse scored 18:40 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Lockport. Alex Bottenfield picked up the assist. Others who scored for Lockport included Dillon Hayes, Mark Friol, and Ryan Logar, who scored one goal each. More assists for Lockport came via Anthony Merante, who had one.
