Michigan Ice Dogs tried its best to erase a four-goal deficit, but Motor City Monarchs would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 4-3. Motor City Monarchs made the score 4-0 on a goal by Justin Session at 7:22 in the second period, and Michigan Ice Dogs got as close as 4-3 when Marc Rotondo scored 19:38 into the third period.
