Rogowski's hat trick boosts Traverse City Hounds over Detroit Fighting Irish, 9-1

Patrick Rogowski netted a hat trick to lead Traverse City Hounds over Detroit Fighting Irish, 9-1.

Rogowski notched his first tally 13:46 into the first period. He then added goals at 8:21 into the second and at 4:50 into the third.

Traverse City Hounds' David Krejcik was a brick wall in net, as he came up with 32 saves and let only one puck past him. Krejcik managed to improve on his goals against average, which stood at 1.98 prior to the game.

Traverse City Hounds was often in penalty trouble, totaling five minors and three majors for 35 minutes in penalty time.
