The St. Michaels College Majors relied on the scoring touch of Marco Violo, who netted two goals, to beat the Upper Canada College Blues, 3-1.

Violo scored at 10:55 into the second period to make the score 1-0 St. Michaels College and again while 2:41 into the third to make the score 2-1 St. Michaels College.

St. Michaels College's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Upper Canada College power plays.

St. Michaels College also got a goal from Andrew Petrucci as well. Other players who recorded assists for St. Michaels College were Michael Byrne, who had one and Cabot Mackenzie, who had two.

Upper Canada College was led by Matthew Baker, who scored the team's only goal. Baker scored 14:06 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Cameron White provided the assist.

The Majors incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. The Blues incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
