Upper Canada College survives Appleby College comeback, wins 6-4

Upper Canada College survived a determined comeback attempt by Appleby College on the way to a 6-4 win.

Upper Canada College made the score 6-3 on a goal by Jake Muchnik at 15:15 in the third period, and Appleby College got as close as 6-4 when Bailey Newton scored 16:56 into the third period.

Upper Canada College stifled Appleby College's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Appleby College was unable to stop Upper Canada College from sending pucks towards the net, and Upper Canada College eventually piled up 33 shots on goal. Upper Canada College bested its season scoring average. This season, Upper Canada College averages 3.0 goals per contest.

Others who scored for Upper Canada College included Michael Wood, Mark Bastow, and Greg Marks, who scored one goal each.
