The Ridley College Tigers tried their best to erase a two-goal deficit, but the Appleby College Blue Dogs would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 3-2.

Appleby College made the score 3-1 on a goal by Bailey Newton at 7:19 in the third period, and Ridley College got as close as 3-2 when Christian Girhiny scored 8:01 into the third period.

The Blue Dogs were led by Newton, who registered one goal and one assist.

The defensemen of Appleby College were also effective in the Tigers' zone, and came away with two goals.
