MISSISSAUGA had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 4-0 win over LEASIDE.

MISSISSAUGA was sparked by Lindsay Agnew, who registered one goal and one assist. Agnew scored 6:35 into the first period to make the score 1-0 MISSISSAUGA. Stephanie Sucharda (A) provided the assist.

MISSISSAUGA excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. MISSISSAUGA got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game.

MISSISSAUGA also had goals scored by Adriana Vicic, Gabby Smyth, and Brooke Bonsteel, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for MISSISSAUGA were Kelly Mariani (C), who had two and Kyra Colbert and Natalie Marcuzzi, who contributed one each.

LEASIDE could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 16 minutes in penalties during the game.

Isabelle Cropper made zero saves before being replaced by Lin Han, who took the win and made 17 saves. MISSISSAUGA incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Carmen Lasis made 23 saves for LEASIDE on 27 shots.
