OAKVILLE was led by Christina Putigna, who registered one goal. Putigna scored 11:55 into the second period to make the score 2-1 OAKVILLE. Loren Gabel picked up the assist.

OAKVILLE also got a goal from Madison Field as well. In addition, OAKVILLE received assists from Lauren Patterson, who had one.

DURHAM WEST put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow OAKVILLE to score on any of its four power plays.
