CAMBRIDGE survived a determined comeback attempt by OTTAWA on the way to a 3-2 win. CAMBRIDGE made the score 3-1 on a goal by Rachael Irvine at 11:40 in the second period, and OTTAWA got as close as 3-2 when Coralie Larose scored 7:32 into the third period. CAMBRIDGE pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 16 penalty minutes. Others who scored for CAMBRIDGE included Shelby Wood and Brooklyn Davis, who scored one goal each. In addition, CAMBRIDGE received assists from Miranda Lantz (A), who had two and Maggie Kolcon, Morgan Rolph, Nicole Zabel, and Emilly Woodhouse, who contributed one each. OTTAWA incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
