TORONTO tried its best to erase a three-goal deficit, but DURHAM WEST would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 3-1.

A goal by Katrina Manoukarakis put DURHAM WEST up 3-0 in the second period, but TORONTO pulled to within two on Kaitlin Tse's tally 16:03 into the third period.

DURHAM WEST was paced by Maria Dominico, who had one goal and one assist. Dominico scored 2:57 into the second period to make the score 2-0 DURHAM WEST. Natalie Wozney picked up the assist.

Charlea Pedersen also scored for DURHAM WEST. More assists for DURHAM WEST came via Kaitlyn McManus (A) and Alexandra Maw, who contributed one each.
