The M1 Arizona / University of Wildcats had a four-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-1 win over M2 Utah University of.

M1 Arizona / University of was led by goalie Austin Wilson, who finished with 27 saves while allowing one goal. Wilson managed to improve on his goals against average, which stood at 2.83 prior to the game.
