Michigan University of blows out Robert Morris University (IL), 5-1

The Michigan University of Wolverines had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-1 win over the Robert Morris University (IL) Eagles.

Michigan University of was led by goalie Kelsey Duggan, who finished with 25 saves while allowing one goal. Duggan certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 1.59 entering the contest.

The Wolverines were paced by Jenna Trubiano, who had one goal. Trubiano scored 6:47 into the second period to make the score 2-0 Michigan University of. Elizabeth Darrow picked up the assist.

Michigan University of forced Robert Morris University (IL) goalie Laura Noble to work between the pipes, taking 33 shots.
