Caitlin Nosanov recorded a shutout against the Ohio State University Buckeyes as the Davenport University Panthers picked up a 2-0 win.

Davenport University was paced by Darian Adams, who racked up one goal. Adams scored 10:23 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Davenport University. Tara Boliard provided the assist.

The Panthers put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Ohio State University to score on any of its three power plays. Davenport University forced the Buckeyes goalie Emily Ciborek to work between the pipes, taking 51 shots.

Davenport University also got a goal from Lexie Boydston as well. In addition, Davenport University received assists from Halle Hayes, who had one.

Ohio State University managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. The Buckeyes ended up below its season average of 6.0 penalty minutes per game. Ohio State University kept the Panthers' goalie busy throughout the game, and Nosanov made 31 saves on 31 shots.

Davenport University incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Ciborek rejected 49 shots on goal for the Buckeyes.
