The Davenport University Panthers survived a determined comeback attempt by Northern Michigan University on the way to a 3-2 win.

Davenport University took a 3-0 lead during the first period, only to have Northern Michigan University storm back on a Sierra Rusinek goal 12:19 into the third period to pull to one goal down.
