The Caledonia Corvairs jumped out to a five-point advantage by the end of the first period and beat the Pelham Panthers, 12-2. Nathan Gomes had a great game for Caledonia, netting four goals. Gomes got on the scoresheet 9:16 into the first period. He then added goals at 22 seconds into the second, at 29 seconds into the third, and at 17:50 into the third. Referees had their hands full with a major incident at 3:24 into the second period. Four fighting penalties were dished out along with three game misconducts. The Corvairs forced Panthers' goalies to work without much rest, racking up 56 shots and forcing 44 saves. Daniel Kocsis made 16 stops and Tynan Lauziere made 28. Caledonia surpassed its usual scoring output this season. The Corvairs average 4.9 goals per game. Caledonia additionally got points from Connor Patton, who also racked up one goal and one assist, Erick Delaurentis, who also tallied one goal and three assists, Jake Brown, who also registered one goal and three assists, Matthew Hore, who also had two goals and one assist, and Todd Ratchford, who also racked up two goals and two assists. Mitch Purdie also scored for Caledonia. More assists for Caledonia came via Ryan Moran, Connor Bramwell, Tyler Lepore, and Austin McEneny, who contributed one each, Riley Vanhorne and Jayme Forslund, who each chipped in two, and Jordan Peacock and Cosimo Fontana, who contributed three each. Caledonia's Marc Sinclair stopped 14 shots out of the 16 that he faced. The Corvairs totaled 19 minutes in penalty time with seven minors and one major and went 1-for-3 on the power play. Caledonia ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Bramwell was ejected from the game. Pelham totaled 14 minutes in penalty time with two minors and two majors and went 2-for-6 on the power play. For the Panthers, Jake DeMaeyer was ejected from the game.
