The game between the Caledonia Corvairs and the Fort Erie Meteors proved to be an even match, as Caledonia took home the victory by scoring only once in a 1-0 win.

Fort Erie's power play was ineffective against the Corvairs' penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded.

The Meteors ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Josh Micallef was ejected from the game.
