The LaSalle Vipers had trouble finding ways to stop the London Nationals, which beat Vipers, 7-2. London put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow LaSalle to score on any of its four power plays. The Nationals' offense rang up 51 shots on the Vipers' net. London bested its season scoring average. The Nationals have scored at the pace of 3.4 goals per game during the current campaign. London was led by Scott Goodman, who grabbed one goal and two assists. Goodman scored 8:54 into the first period to make the score 3-1 London. Anthony Kotsovos assisted on the tally. London additionally got points from Justin Murray, who also tallied one goal and two assists, Kevin Madden, who also racked up one goal and two assists, Austin Kemp, who also registered one goal and one assist, Rai Di Loreto, who also had one goal and one assist, and John Warren, who also tallied one goal and one assist. London also got a goal from Kyle L Robinson as well. Other players who recorded assists for London were Derek Di Iorio, Callum Ruddock, and Derek Todosichuk, who each chipped in one. LaSalle kept the Nationals' goalie busy throughout the game, and Justin Tugwell made 29 saves on 31 shots. The Vipers were helped by Brett Primeau, who had one goal. Primeau scored 5:11 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Chris Pignanelli picked up the assist. Dalton Langlois also scored for LaSalle. More assists for LaSalle came via Manny Silverio and Connor Rosaasen, who contributed one each. London totaled 13 minutes in penalty time with four minors and one major and went 1-for-7 on the power play. For the Nationals, Kotsovos was ejected from the game. Paolo Battisti recorded 44 saves for LaSalle. The Vipers ended with 19 minutes in penalty time with seven minors and one major. Team's Nikko Sablone and Kyler Carter were slapped with misconducts and ejected from the game.
