Brett Primeau had two goals and two assists to lead the LaSalle Vipers to an 8-2 victory over the Sarnia Legionnaires.

Primeau found the back of the net 3:35 into the first period to make the score 1-0 LaSalle and again while 15:56 into the second to make the score 6-0 LaSalle.

LaSalle forced Legionnaires' netminders to work without much rest, ripping 44 shots and forcing 36 saves. Hunter Johnson made 23 stops and Cornel Felder made 13. The Vipers managed to stay out of the box better than usual, racking up one minor for two minutes in penalty time. LaSalle finished below its season average of 24.0 penalty minutes per game.
