Bramwell's hat trick boosts Caledonia over Pelham, 6-0

Connor Bramwell lifted the Caledonia Corvairs to a 6-0 victory with a hat trick against the Pelham Pirates.

Bramwell notched his first tally 4:04 into the second period. He then added goals at 5:05 into the third and at 18:05 into the third.

Caledonia excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. The Corvairs' offense rang up 50 shots on Pelham's net.

Caledonia also got points from Mitch Purdie, who also tallied one goal and three assists to lead the team in points. Others who scored for Caledonia included Daniel Puglese and Nathan Gomes, who each put in one. More assists for Caledonia came via Connor Patton, who had two, Jordan Peacock, who had three, and Kyle Tanev, Kevin Entmaa, and Jacob Buch, who each chipped in one.

The Pirates did not reach the goal total they have come to expect this season. Pelham puts an average of 2.3 pucks into the net per game. The Pirates' penalty kill unit could not stop Caledonia's power play, which converted on three of five opportunities.

Entmaa rejected 16 shots on goal for the Corvairs. Caledonia incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Tynan Lauziere made 44 saves for Pelham on 50 shots. The Pirates incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
