Phoenix Knights beat Las Vegas Storm, 8-5.

Phoenix Knights stifled Las Vegas Storm's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Las Vegas Storm was unable to stop Phoenix Knights from sending pucks towards the net, and Phoenix Knights eventually piled up 41 shots on goal. Phoenix Knights outdid its season average for goals scored. Phoenix Knights has scored at the pace of 3.5 goals per game during the current campaign. Phoenix Knights' defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in two goals.

Phoenix Knights was led by Davis Dryden, who finished with one goal and two assists. Dryden scored 2:30 into the third period to make the score 6-3 Phoenix Knights. Dylan Wallace assisted on the tally. Phoenix Knights also got points from William Wallin, who also registered one goal and two assists to lead the team in points and Chase Gillaspie, who also had one goal and one assist. Phoenix Knights also had goals scored by Robert Crisci, who had two and Brennan Kosloski, Colton Seeman, and Vojtech Zemlicka, who each put in one. In addition, Phoenix Knights received assists from Rasmus Alamaa and Ethan Cooper, who contributed one each and Brynton Macnab and Braden Cooper, who each chipped in two.

Las Vegas Storm excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. Las Vegas Storm's offense rang up 42 shots on Phoenix Knights' net.

Las Vegas Storm was led by Kyle Pacheco, who grabbed two goals and one assist. Pacheco scored the first of his two goals at 17:27 into the first period to make the score 3-1 Phoenix Knights. Brandon Bavis picked up the assist. Pacheco's next tally made the score 7-4 Phoenix Knights with 12:00 left in the third period. Jake McKenna provided the assist. Las Vegas Storm additionally got points from Beau Ricketts, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Others who scored for Las Vegas Storm included Philip Traxler and Jaerden Morgan, who scored one goal each. More assists for Las Vegas Storm came via Kody Holmes, who had two and Alkhas Kochkarev, Brandon Williams, and Nathan Fournier, who contributed one each.

Colton Pankiw made 37 saves for Phoenix Knights on 42 shots. Phoenix Knights incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Brian Coppola rejected 33 shots on goal for Las Vegas Storm. Las Vegas Storm incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
