Oklahoma City Blazers rips Dallas Snipers, 5-1

Oklahoma City Blazers had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-1 win over Dallas Snipers.

Dallas Snipers was stymied by Oklahoma City Blazers' netminder Jakub Krejci, who stopped 33 shots during the victory. The solid play of Krejci will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 2.81.

Kirill Romanov was all over the ice for Oklahoma City Blazers, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. Romanov scored the first of his two goals at 5:07 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Oklahoma City Blazers. Alex Smith provided the assist. Romanov's next tally made the score 4-1 Oklahoma City Blazers with 9:22 left in the second period. Mike Evans picked up the assist.

Oklahoma City Blazers was often in penalty trouble, totaling 15 minors and three majors for 45 minutes in penalty time.
