Butte Cobras fell behind early, and Idaho Junior Steelheads kept piling on the points on the way to a 9-3 victory. Idaho Junior Steelheads got the win on the strength of a great game by Robert Neuwirth, who had one goal and two assists. Neuwirth scored 9:48 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Idaho Junior Steelheads. Nikita Zgirskis assisted on the tally.
