Patsy Howe had one point to lead the Davenport University Panthers to a 6-2 victory over the Wisconsin University of Badgers.

Davenport University excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. The Panthers forced Wisconsin University of goalie Samantha Azuma to work between the pipes, taking 36 shots. Davenport University bested its season scoring average. This season, the Panthers average 3.8 goals per contest.

Davenport University also got points from Caitlin Harrison, who also registered one goal and one assist, Chantal Caraher, who also registered one goal and one assist, and Darian Adams, who also racked up one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Davenport University also had goals scored by Megan Martin and Jennifer Deane, who scored one goal each. In addition, Davenport University received assists from Lexie Boydston, Halle Hayes, and Courtney Curlee, who each chipped in one and Catie OConnor and Laken Kunz, who contributed two each.

The Badgers stifled Davenport University's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Wisconsin University of was led by Jessica Foley, who grabbed one goal and one assist. Foley scored 17:03 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Wisconsin University of. Izzy Brinker picked up the assist. Wisconsin University of also got a goal from Jess Smith as well. More assists for Wisconsin University of came via Jessica Kanter and Carly Tucker, who each chipped in one.

Nina Van Orshaegen made 16 saves for the Panthers on 18 shots. Davenport University incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Azuma rejected 30 shots on goal for the Badgers. Wisconsin University of incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
