The Davenport University Panthers could not stop the Miami University RedHawks' Kaley Mooney, who tallied a hat trick in a 7-0 win.

Mooney notched his first tally 8:16 into the first period. He then added goals at 8:23 into the first and at 9:06 into the second.

Davenport University's power play was ineffective against Miami University's penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded.
