Komarnickis' big game bests Colorado Eagles in 8-2 Colorado Evolution win

Dmitrijs Komarnickis had four goals and two assists to lead Colorado Evolution to an 8-2 victory over Colorado Eagles.

Komarnickis' first goal came 50 seconds into the second period. He then added goals at 8:06 into the second, at 13:17 into the second, and at 6:43 into the third.

Colorado Evolution pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 31 penalty minutes.

Colorado Evolution stifled Colorado Eagles' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Colorado Evolution's goal total was higher than its season average. This season, Colorado Evolution averages 1.9 goal per contest.

Colorado Evolution additionally got points from Nikita Sokov, who also had two goals and four assists to lead the team in points. Colorado Evolution also got a goal from Joshua Malone as well.
