Picton rebounded from a three-goal deficit to tie Campbellford, 3-3 (OT). The Pirates forced the Rebels goalie Cole Mahoney to work between the pipes, taking 42 shots. Picton got its opportunities on the power play, but did not convert any of its nine chances. The Pirates were led by Shaw Boomhower - APM, who tallied two goals and one assist. Boomhower - APM scored the first of his two goals at 7:48 into the third period to make the score 3-1 Campbellford. Austin Labelle picked up the assist. Boomhower - APM's next tally made the score 3-2 Campbellford with 51 seconds left in the third period. Labelle provided the assist. Phil Smith also scored for Picton. In addition, Picton received assists from Chris Jones, who had two. Campbellford stifled Picton's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Rebels were forced to rely heavily on their penalty kill unit throughout the game, as they racked up 28 penalty minutes. Campbellford was helped by Josh Hodge, who finished with one goal. Hodge scored 4:33 into the second period to make the score 2-0 Campbellford. Riley Reynolds picked up the assist. Campbellford also got points from William Lameroux, who also racked up one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Campbellford also got a goal from Nick Ferguson as well. More assists for Campbellford came via Ethan McDougall, who had one. Andrew Pearson made 23 saves for the Pirates on 26 shots. Picton incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors. Mahoney recorded 39 saves for the Rebels. Campbellford registered two goals on seven power play opportunities.
