The Wingham Ironmen's Greg Scott scored 3:00 into overtime to beat the Kincardine Bulldogs, 2-1 (OT). Wingham was led by goalie Ben Nelson, who finished with 29 saves while allowing one goal. Nelson certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 2.74 entering the contest. The Ironmen were led by Scott, who had one goal. Wingham's offense operated below its season average. The Ironmen put an average of 4.4 pucks into the net per game. Wingham kept Kincardine's goalie busy throughout the game, and Mitch Campbell made 30 saves on 32 shots. Wingham also got a goal from Ryan McNeil as well. Other players who recorded assists for Wingham were Brett Brophy, Holdyn Lansink, and Alex Kuntz, who each chipped in one.
