Jesse Brooks had two goals to lead the Burford Bulldogs to a 5-1 victory over the Delhi Travellers.

Burford stifled Delhi's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Bulldogs kept the Travellers' goalie busy throughout the game, and Kent Dertinger made 48 saves on 53 shots.

Burford also got a goal from Tyler Hinde as well. In addition, Burford received assists from Ryan Cadwell, Chris Grand, Kolby Francis, and Riley Edwards, who contributed one each and Quinn Stefanelli and Mitch Randell, who each chipped in two.

Delhi was led by Nevin Guenther, who scored the team's only goal. Guenther scored 3:42 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Delhi. Austin Hentz provided the assist.

Edwards rejected 20 shots on goal for Burford. The Bulldogs incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with five minors. The Travellers incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
