Ricky Darrell lifted the Stayner Siskins to a 6-3 victory with a hat trick against the Midland Flyers.

Darrell's first goal came 7:07 into the first period. He then added goals at 14:41 into the first and at 18:37 into the first.

Stayner additionally got points from Cooper Martin, who also tallied one goal and three assists and Quinten Bruce, who also racked up one goal and three assists to lead the team in points. Dylan Bursey also scored for Stayner. Other players who recorded assists for Stayner were Kort Weir, who had two and Trevor Franklin, Dakota Hynes, and Dylan Walker, who contributed one each.

Trevor Bloch made 22 saves for Stayner on 25 shots. The Siskins incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Midland's starting goalie, Jake Norton, made 14 saves and finished with the loss before he was taken out in favor of Brandon Klerer, who stopped four shots. The Flyers incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
