Liam McCrory was all over the ice for the Grimsby Peach Kings, as he tallied two goals in Grimsby's 5-2 win over the Port Dover Sailors. McCrory's tallies came at 19:59 into the first period to make the score 3-1 Grimsby and 8:31 into the second to make the score 5-1 Grimsby.The Peach Kings forced Port Dover goalie Mike Caluori to work between the pipes, taking 41 shots. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals. Port Dover was helped by Eric Mueller, who grabbed one goal and one assist. Mueller scored on the power play 14:47 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Grimsby. The Sailors had gotten the advantage when the Peach Kings' Purves was sent off for boarding. Port Dover additionally got points from Brandon Dunnett, who also racked up one goal and one assist.
